Hello! I am a professional opera singer, and have studied singing, languages, and diction for over 10 years. Over this time, I've trained my ear to hear the subtleties of language and music, so whether your goals are to communicate clearly in English, or to sing and/or speak with confidence, I am here to help! I love helping my students to feel more confident in their speaking and singing and to have some fun along the way. I graduated from Columbia University cum laude with a B.A. in Sustainable Development, and then focused my music studies at Manhattan School of Music, where I received the President's Award and graduated with a M.M. in Voice. I have performed all over the country! I am passionate about the work I do and sharing my experiences with others. I teach students of all levels and with a wide range of goals and musical ambitions. If you are interested in singing lessons, I will share with you helpful (and sometimes silly!) exercises to build stamina, range, strength, and breath control. And without even realizing it, your musicianship will improve, too! If you are interested in speaking voice lessons, I will draw on my years of experience as a singer to help you speak with confidence and clear pronunciation.
