You can expect to begin speaking in Spanish from our very first lesson! My classes are student-centered, offering you a focus on your interests and goals, which is very different from a group class. So, by the time you travel or apply for a job with perks for bilingual people, you'll have plenty to say! I help adults increase their adventure (travel) or improve job security by becoming more fully fluent. For children, I've tutored both private and public school students. I look forward to helping parents have a break from the stresses of parenthood! During my classes of 30 minutes or a full hour, parents can rest/talk to a friend/decompress! A graduate with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education with majors in Spanish (Native Speakers' fluency) and German ( Native Speakers' fluency) in Language, Literature, and History, and Piano/Vocal Performance (Music); and minors in French Studies (Language and Culture), Italian, Linguistics, and Interpreting/Translation. He has spoken German and Spanish since the age of 11 due to his German upbringing with a German step-father as well as his Hispanic background from his real father. He also studied at Die Hochschule der Musik und Darstellende Kunst, Wien, Osterreich (Vienna, Austria) and has been active in the Latino communities in the USA. He speaks Spanish at home and Italian with his Italian friends. He has a B.A. and M.Ed. (majors in Spanish, German, Music (Vocal/ Piano Performance); minors in French, Italian, and Interpreting/Translations ). He is fluent-native speaker fluency to teach all the above languages in addition to Tagalog and Cebuano (Visaya). He also teaches Voice/Piano performance in these languages in addition to Tagalog and Cebuano (Visaya).

I am a native Spanish speaker and can speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. I use the Berlitz method to teach Spanish, and I can provide my students with hand outs so that they can understand and practice their skills fully as they go along. Spanish students of all ages and levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced students. At the end of each class, we will have a short conversation session to practice the skills you learned in class. so you will know exactly how to use your new skills.

With about 6 years of experience as a Spanish Teacher, one of my passions in life is the opportunity to share knowledge constantly, as well as, to help individuals eager to improve even when some details appear to be insignificant. At the age of 19, I formally started working as a professor of Exact Sciences at the Stephen W. Hawking Institute in Ecuador, my home country. We all should be determined to find an objective/career that would be our passion and reflects our life goal as well. This perspective encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone to move to USA thanks to an Ecuadorian scholarship which financed the commencement of my journey in Environmental Eng. focusing on Nanotechnology at Vincennes Univ. IN. There, I had a training at different Departments as a STEM, English and Spanish tutor; which eventually, gave me the chance to learn about the teaching-learning process of Higher Level English and Spanish Classes from Basic Level Classes (focused on the four skills) to Composition I, Composition II, Speech, etc ; from 2015-2018. This past year, I had the chance to gain experience as a Spanish professor for students of all ages. Being a bilingual professional gives me a peculiar characteristic about my teaching techniques, because I have the experience of how challenged could be to learn a completely new language, as well as, the satisfaction to feel this new language as your own. Assuredly, obstacles really do not matter when we strive for more knowledge and innovation because the universe always falls in love with a stubborn soul. This is my 8th year studying Spanish, and I couldn't be happier. I teach from middle school to college level Spanish. I have knowledge with in depth grammar constructions and vocabulary. With time and practice, I can guide you to being successfully able to read, write, listen, and speak in Spanish. I understand the struggles of learning a new language, as Spanish is not my native language myself! With all of my personal learning experiences with learning the language and eventually majoring in it while in college, I know the specific obstacles you as a native English speaker face. My lessons are custom to each students experience level, and are taught at just the right speed. Learning a second language is much more enjoyable when there is not stress involved.
